So there was this guy i was lvling with.. His name was Panama. Around lvl 86 at the time, i noticed while lvling with him that he didnt need to stop and refuel his focus. I asked him about this and he said that he nvr upgraded his focus. He maybe put a few points into it and left it alone. He had so many energy regens from lux that it refilled immediatly. The result was basicly him never having to worry about focus. I would like to know if this REALLY WORKS!?!?!:)

Yes it does, its how many mid-high level people are able to keep up a constant stream of skills. And yes its well worth the gold one spends on the rejuv and regen.

aka 10 focus, if you get bonus from gear that's fine but I wouldn't worry about it.

Oh your quite welcome. And don't forget that the whole warden, mete, frozen sets also give a nice energy bonus in addition to what the individual pieces add!
