#3Since u poste in ranger im guessing u want tips for ranger lol. I have always love ice with a fiery beast freeze quiv and the 210k helm that gives 70 cold. I have always thought that worked for me

#6It depends where you level. Like if you level on any fire mob, you use ice, if your leveling on any ice mobs use fire. I suggest fire.

#8For all general purposes, use fire. Otherwise, go ice, but fire is normally preferable.
