fix rangers animation
#1It is truly a problem OTM it wastes so much time doing like every single skill and the animation sucks so much time, OTM fix this even i tried an experiment out using a rogue with a no class bow and used QS which is supposed to be instacast i did it but the animation of the person drawing the bow was horrible wasted like 3 seconds...
