-I'm not totally sold on the low dex thing Ibooz. If you had to give us an estimated percentage of how many misses, parries, dodges you get, compared to hits (minus barbed and sharp of course) I'd appreciate that. (Maybe get on a big boss, don't use barbed or sharp shot, count the number of overall non-hits out of the total number of shots, don't use rapid to keep it easy. I'll do the same and we can compare.) Should be easy to get a hundred shots in on Rockbelly or Deadroot.

-Also, I wasn't in beta but have heard rumors of dexterity possibly having other functions regarding pvp etc. Do you happen to have any thoughts on that?

I'll count 100 shots on rockbelly with meteoric bow. I don't use kingbow except for skill shots. I will tell you % of hits from that 100.

I do have a feeling dexterity will be useful in update 3, I've heard rumors of skills requiring dex. This is a guide that I find useful with the current structure of the game.

After update 3, and playing around w stats and skills... I will be making a new guide

- Ok, I'm finding this more difficult to perform than it seemed in theory in my mind.

If I had to guestimate, I'd say I miss / parry / dodge in general probably 15-20% of the time with normal shots. That's with 85 dexterity.

What's your estimate Ibooz?

i have yet to see a Rockbelly boss or Deadroot boss pop yet.... i was 80-85% successful with meteoric bow on rockbelly conquerer with 5 dex

from my understanding dex is more for defensive advantage. It allows us to dodge/miss/parry more attacks upon us.

This wont matter anyways though. Update 3 is launching very soon and from what i understand i will no longer have alot of strength....
im thinking of maybe 125 strength maximum incase i decide to show off and wield king spear

Thanks for the great guide ibooz, it's really been helping my ranger (BlazingSparks, level 49) Although I do have a question, can you really cast skills enough with only ten energy regen? Because my warrior can't, maybe just because he's too heavy? :p

In longer boss fights I may have to switch to heoric neck and regen again awhile.

I bought energy sigils when I first created char, maybe 20. If I turn auto attack off while I'm casting skills it seems my energy pool can remain for quite sometime.

iboooz I tried following your guide. Now I have an issue. I am lvl 20 and It is difficult to find a decent armour etc fro me because of 20 dex requirements.
Here are my stats Str 75 Dex 5 Foc 5 Vit 35.

Where did you find armor, shoes etc which do not have dex requirements?

Warden armor at lvl 50 has no stat restrictions. I suggest utilizing bolas do that not having good armor will not make a difference. I would save up for a ancient war bow, or icelord now. Then rejuve quiver, neck, and gold for disks for warden armor in the mean time

I wish I had seen this nugget of wisdom around lvl 45'ish before I spent loads of money on highroad armor / ancient leather / ancient lamellar.

I look back now at the money I spent on those armors and I could have bought full warden discs (except drags) and a golden rejuv quiver and I would be well on my way to heroic ammy.

But I am great clan now and they are helping me overcome my shortcomings! LOL
