#2I have the same question for both the 140 and 190 sets. My rangers is still low 100s but I might pick up the 190 set before event ends if it's worth it.

#3The set is best for rogues and warriors, who rely on stats a lot more than rangers.
Rangers are dependant on direct damage gear especially at higher levels, so the brace is definitely worth it.
