Wyld brac of zephyr 50 dex
Vagrant aggy braclet (light heal brac) 75 dex
3* +5 light heal event rings
Haste Ring 30 str
100 flame Quiver 120 dex 150 heat damage
level 120 req event bow +6 steady aim
3* 50 aggy heat dmg rings 150 heat dmg
I have 600 stat points
and 120 points

I would like to keep a decent heal :3

At your level, things are tough for a Ranger. Dps is low and even getting a decent heal isn't easy. In my experience, all melee classes should have a solid 2.5-3k hp at 120 and at least 3k at 140. Then once you have achieved that, since you seem to have good dexterity boosting gear I'd try to split your stats somewhat evenly between strength and dexterity, but lean more towards strength. Other than that it seems like your gear is great (: Just keep it up man the Ranger grind is serious until Dragonlord Armor. One more thing though, I would look into getting an adamant bow. It is a lot stronger than the event one. Good luck! I hope this helps you out.

Would it be better to level with fire mage becuz he would have lure ....
over a warrior or rouge

If you could possibly find a fire Mage with pierce lure that would probably be best, but at that level a partner is a partner lol. And of course!(:

What skills for leveling?

Hmmmm i'd go with Longshot, Doubleshot, Light Heal, Bolas and Sharpen Weapons or Rapid Shot. It depends if you use haste lixes or combos, if you aren't using any type of haste lix use Rapid. If you use haste lixes use Sharpen (:
