What if this player can't obtain any of these items? As of recently steady and rapid didn't work with spear. Did something change in the last month?

is it crucial in spear build? i can imagine it getting a bit annoying constantly switching

Hey all,
Before people reply spear ranger is rubbish and theres no point of it, id like to say i understand where your coming from and that a BOW RANGER is the best option. However, this games about having fun and trying new things, and believe or not on my endgame ranger ive never tried spear. Does anyone have any idea what type of gear i should be using? Weapons, Jewellery etc, and what kind of Skills/Stats i should be aiming for.
I most likely will switch back to bow but im interested in giving this a good go.
Lastly, are there any spear rangers out there happy with their spear build and who would use over a bow build, or have any good tips about it.

i dont really want to be buying another ammy so out of Runic/Heat dmg set/150 wyld what would you recommend?

At eg - runic valour ammy and bladeleaf gara misc.
Leveling - bladeleaf set


Stargem str ammy is not outright best ranger ammy by any means like corrupt says, runic valour or stargem are both great and very similar. Take your pick which you profer really. You already have runic so that is great.

Also @corrupt, skain blade is vit attack. Wouldnt you rather gara blade or skain storm? With str and attack.
