Here is a dex ranger build. Put 0 in strength, only enough in focus so that one has an energy base of 100, and divide the rest of your points 3 in dex, 2 in vit. This is a dex ranger for you. It is advised that you have a good quiver/dmg bracelet(s) and energy regen is a must. But thats the build for ya!

Then to be a weird druid you put on all light heal rings. And bracelets at level 130+(or same thing with sharp shot) Then hope when you attack your enemy that sharp shot will one hit kill him.

for some reason i guess high vit is better on pvp, my warrior is hybrid but on pvp tank does around same dmg as me, giant swing mostly does low dmg while shield bash does 250 and pummel 350 (around that)
as a ranger, my ranger is dex build but preety much low vit and solstice armour, so i guess mine is losing a lot, but i fought against huge dps ranger with my warrior, 2 hits and pummel and hes down, dex ranger is harder to kill
and dont forget that bolas lasts for 10 secs on duel\arena and cooldown is 15 secs, which means that as a dps ranger if u wont be able to survive those 5 secs u will die a lot and ofc even if u do u need high heal to regen it
