Solo no help 1k hp sigils didn't give me any troubles tho. 1 bolas and a few steps away from a mob and I'm back to 100% hp. Also I heal 900 in my ballenced build so in PvE I never die.

Shivercowl can not be bolas fought .

Good fire resistance a huge heal and a royal mountain shield the Only hard one was the solstice drake. Took multiple tries and some Pots. Ask any former member of arawns Excalibur or RedDawn I'm the solo king.
