He will need Warden for Frozen but who uses Warden if they can afford Diamond ? I now have full Frozen but I never used my Warden at all.

When you are higher level you can accumulate your own Frags. Get Warden when you are 90 or 100 level, much easier.

So Lux is my vote.

Definitely the first item you should get is heroic gloves of haste, youll level much faster and get gold faster than save for you quiver.

Haste gloves are not a necessary item for a ranger, seeing as they will only be in use 50% of the time if you use rapid shot. Quartz gear is a complete waste of gold, I wouldn't advise getting it since you will be able to get diamond 20 levels later. I would save for diamond bow and a golden ice quiver. Also, at higher levels, you will want heroic boots of speed if using bolas to train or solo bosses. Just accumulate disc frags as you level up and stick to warden bp and legs. Get your warden bow and start on that meteoric weapon quest to prepare for frozen.
