No immediately take points out of str and put in vit. Kelpies damn deluge is going to massacre you added on with there attack. Unless your using super combos i still reccomend you use rebirth immediately and put points in vit.

weird but ur build somehow looks a bit weak to me
my ranger is lvl 90, health is around the same as urs
dmg is higher by around 100 (without steady aim/sharpen weps, with its even more)
attack is higher
def is higher
energy is much lower tho and i think its good for me atm

well to the op, before your'e asking about your build, think first if u want str/dex/hybrid build
it'll be easier to know how change ur stats, altough i think ur stats r good now

Well i went on assuming he was dex build.

Thats my max attack. And my damage is like 600 at lvl 111 now. My defence, little higher from lvling. Good build for me . Don't have any damage gear or anything special....
