Reporting Back: I bought some alt books and started messing around:
Defensive Spikes 25/25
Explosive Arrow 25/25 (about 1000 or so skill damage, usually hits lvl 75 mobs for around 500)
Light Heal 25/25
Sharp Shot 25/25
Sharpen Weapons rest of points 20/25? w/ rings
lvl 105 - Full Lunar/Mete Bow/Haste Ring/heroic ammy/golden quiver ice
With 400 dex and 210 vit I am finding this to be extremely effective for farming pirates in fingals. I've pulled in up to 4k/30 mins. I go to ~lvl 75 cave, then out to the shore (more ` lvl75) then back to cave.
I am quite surprised at the effectiveness of Spikes +E Arrow, I am trying to find the right balance for continuing to level with this build. If I could somehow work in Entangle I think leveling would not be hindered too much since I dropped steady aim.
**edit: I should state that fingals works well because mobs still aggro me when running by, Shalemont produces no such luck. The only other spot Ive found so far is fairies at south road in stonevale. The issue is finding clusters of mobs that are close enough to gather 5-8 at a time and still not interrupt heal in between e. arrow usage.
I am thinking that if I pick up a royal ring of Explosive arrow(or sharp shot) to match my rings of sharpen (+5, 4), I should be able to transition from leveling to farming build without having to alt every time. I hope such rings exist.
