And maybe they should make it a str skill? That would make it worthwhile. And hopefully( the chance is less than 1%) otm makes barbed poison dmg and a dmg boost. I mean, come on. It hardly does 50% on a regular mob. At lvl 1 though it actually does 4 dmg on crammok and ragnor.

It actually wouldn't. I've used shadowstrike on full str rogue at 150+ and my shadowstrike damage was 1.5-2k

Sharpshot needs to be free damage, just like quickstrike. Rogue and Ranger are mirror classes, each should have similar skills to the other.

Also can confirm SS if still fine on full str Rogue. Hoping Rangers get a decent strength based skill at some point.

And nothing changed in game, I never see an admin say "We will discuss about it in the team and fix it as soon as possible", I think Kodelia said something like "Each game has his balance problems"

Perhaps we rangers should start mass mailing OTM about sharp shot and defensive spike? get 20 mails a day (or more) until its changed and they might decide to listen up. (no offense to OTM but my point is still valid)

I used to use a maxed sharpshot while being a pure dex ranger when i trained and the damage difference between that and an auto ranger isnt much.

It would make sense for a ranger to use sharpshot if one has the top notch mordris, hrung and necromancer sharpshot gear, even still you will hit 2500 sharpshot if you are a dex ranger compared to a full str rangers 1400.

Taking into account that sharpshot gets evaded alot and will take energy you can see why many rangers choose not to invest in it.
