I am pretty sure it is 60%. I may be wrong, its been awhile since I used Rapid with any points in it (I am the level 1 rapid kinda person... OTM needs to make it based around level 1 so the cd isn't crazy...)

Ummm...rapid is 50% while heroic haste is 60%

Where do you find the crafted shortbow? The 10 Pierce seems so low compared to the lvl 100 80 dmgvendor bow (just throwing out a random bow).

Crafted Shortbow drops in Catacombs. And yes, the pierce damage is very low. The Cruel dagger has pierce dmg of 7, I believe. The idea is to pile on as much elemental damage as possible, go pure dex, and have lower damage, but crazy fast hits.

I did a similar test last night.

Granted i only used a sturdy bow with 2200 speed.

Gear: dl gloves, boots, ancient bone helm,chest, legs, haste ring,comrak blade ring. Lvl 150 regen quiver.

Note: i didnt have dmg rings equipped...

Sturdy bow vs. frozen bow killing lvl 90 gladiator with no skills, just straight up autos and lvl 1 rapid shot.

With the sturdy bow it took about 3:40 seconds to kill him.

With the frozen bow, about 1:30.

The results may be different with the crafted bow and es armor/dmg rings...

Yeah, I was very curious as to the comparison using lots of damage lux and equipment. And of course lots of skills. One of the advantages of going pure dex would be very high Ss and Ls, and with maxed rapid, it would magnify the already fast speed. I may have to try it someday...

Thanks for reporting your test, though. With that gear, it certainly sounds like a total waste to not use the higher damage bow!

Crafted shortbow is very close to the same dps as the 160 ancient wyrmbow (depending on your build)... Maybe even identical dps to ancient wyrmbow...

This was tested over and over by a crafted shortbow fanatic on crom (Adoornob2 - lvl 200 ranger)

Maybe do froz and dl bow , I think dl bow is shorter attack speed

No rapid is 60% while heroic haste is 70 or 80%, super haste and rapid are same speed. And normal haste lix is same as haste ring

Haste lix is 50%
