The Quiver of Air! Removes the need for a haste ring. That way you can add a damage ring to make up the damage loss.
Or you just get a spectral ring

Unless you are getting your dl AND have over 900 str (1k str is optimal for str quiver) quiver of beasts will spank the air quiver every time.
