Only problem is people below 200 can't wear it and it's not exactly an overnight task to get from160 to 200

He meant the level 150 ammy with 200 str and 120 cold damage and 150 can be done casually training within a couple weeks using elixirs and one eye open.

And how about the 200 dex 120 magic damage ammy that is also in event shop, if u ask me it is just a boosted midnight ammy, why not buy that one?

The 200 str ammy is for lvl 150+

I used the windrider neck recently and yeah its pretty good, but i refunded it and got the frostgiant i think its called (armour) you can buy dps and stuff in lux but you cant buy armour keep that in mind... unless ur using a spear and shield...

And btw the skill from that windrider (dex and magic dmg) sucks bad. You get anything between 60/180 dmg. Not the 300 advertised. If your wanting a dps 1 i suggest the skill with attk raise or the armour 1 and reapec the x vit into your str
