We are talking about Celtic peoples, not medieval or scythian or mongolian, etc. It was extremely rare for any celt to have horses and if they did they hitched them to chariots to ride to the battle in. Then they would dismount and fight on foot. Your standard celtic bowman would have bow, quiver, a dagger, then maybe some other weapon. Depending on the situation they would carry different kinds of spears as well.
