Which Pirates Drop Ranger Skills? Aso, do they drop EVERY new skill?

I believe they do, except some skills are more common than others. Also, pretty much any mob in any of the new areas has a chance to drop an item I think. The more stars, the higher the chance. I think anything with five stars or more will drop an item for sure, because the bear bosses are all five stars and drop an item every time, usually greater-royal rings, and some manuals. Some of the more common skills are Shatter, Bless, Ice Blast, and Riposte. Some uncommon ones are Frostbite and double attack. I've gotten longshot once from a bear boss, sharpen weapons and explosive arrow might be rarer. If you want to get new skills and rings, I suggest farming in the tunnels and doing a loop of the bear bosses at the same time.
