Nope, str based esp when using Dl quiver. . .no dex bonus and the pierce dmg multiplies nicely :P I do have a fair amount of dex though

I've got to get some teaching classes from you then :) im a str based ranger and my dmg sucks lol my stats :
Str - 300(320)
Dex - 100(120)
Focus - 10
Vitality - 395
Firefury360 - Lvl191+ Ranger
Drake007 - Lvl191+ Rogue
World - Taranis
