It is better (and more law-abiding) to get your own acct from scratch and train up your main character. All weapons and armor do have level requirements, but are worth all the trouble it is to get them.

The cost of the lux I suggested varies from world to world and player to player. I would highly advise buying from other players where possible, as that can give a discount on store prices of (sometimes) close to 50% (or better, but your real lucky if that happens). Also remember it will probably take you a long time to get from 1 stage to the next. However if you follow this general layout and order it should be okay. If you restrict using gold for only lux items you will find yourself richer than others your level.

Guys it is possible to go from level 1-200 without plat tyvm. I wouldn't have boughtplat myself except for the fact that I got scammed after weeks of farming for my golden quiv of ice in v3. Got so mad I bought plat for my lux and made sure everyone on morrigan knew who the scammer was. If I see him on I still ask him for my quiver.
