Also, with rogues/warriors being overpowered everyone wants to make one. I mean, who doesn't want to teleport and instantly kill any mob in a few seconds... or have crazy armor with good damage skills and destroy in pvp.

Rangers get a lot better at endgame don't they? I'm level 133 and let me tell you it is a pain! I was hoping for some light at the end of the tunnel, when I reach endgame.. Doesn't DL armour make it all better?

Only ur autos get better. Skill-based dps is still worse. A tad bit better I'd say but not much of a difference.

DL gear gives us the best auto attacks but doesn't help much at all with skills.. thus it's still boring af and rogues still have loads more dps.. instantaneous dps at that...

If you wanna get rich fast id choose a ranger, why? Solo bosses easy w/ bolas and heal anyways if you make your first character a ranger, get rich than go on to your next character

I think you use more Lix levelling (less DPS and Light Heal slows you down) but also obviously less Restos. Plus I think killing bosses as farming is easier than with my Rogue.

But our skills are not good. All classes have bad skills but Rangers also have so many that are based on the Mob level (more than any other class). So you have to dump lots of points in Mob Level skills for them to work.

This means we tend to have less skills to use during play and I think makes a skill based Ranger more limited than a skills based Rogue or Warrior.

+1000000 rangers need better skills..like ss type skill that could be insta cast pierce damage..would make rangers bit beter..

I've enjoyed playing my ranger also. When I'm playing my druid, I often can not chat during boss raids. With my ranger I can. I also like being able not to have to run around to switch from killing the boss to killing adds.

Yeah they're very fun but I'd love an instant cast skill

Not good at burst dps. I'll give ya that. On my server it's very often a ranger kill on endgame boss. Personally, I don't get the kills on bosses. I do in the arena. Pvp ranger is amazing. And someone mentioned it's an mmo, not to be played solo. You're right, but it's nice to solo some mini boss to get some good gold or drops to sell. The Rangers versatility is what makes it good. I really don't know what the fuss is all about. Rogue and mage stand no chance against me in pvp about 98% of the time. Very few can beat me. Overall. Ranger ftw
