Keep in mind this is android. most of our dps classes are equipped with hrung rings and braces if not luxury. we dont have alot of the same gear ios has. the ranger had a Mordy helm, along with 200 lux ammy.

I agree, a ranger is definitely not handicapped on mobs weak against divine damage, due to the fact that they have the dl quiver, and added divine from dl aura. However when it comes to leveling and non chaos bosses rogue seems untouchable on eliminating a single target. Rangers dont have the ability to take out multiple targets or single targets that fast. for bossing (edl mordy necro gelebron) sure i'd love to be a ranger with edl, dl weapon and bow, if not edl quiver and bow.

For leveling autos suck. and a rogue with a mordy spear can quickly match if not exceed your autos, and then have a flurry of skills like shadow strike, qs, sneaky, rend to finish off a mob.

Dont make sharpshot str........its the only skill i like (besides it not being so instant).

If it is true that sharpshot is "not being so instant", then it is no longer the only skill you like. Meaning you wouldn't like any dex skills whatsoever, so you could finally go str and be a real ranger (and maybe you'd enjoy sharpshot in the process when it is changed to a str skill!)

I'm the one mentioned in the above quotes, and as far as Android is concerned, I'm the hardest hitting Ranger around. The reason I didn't get kill over the druid wasn't because of my lack of gear or skill with my class, it was because our lure mage maxed out magic lure and used a lvl 1 pierce. I'm still in DL armor with lvl 200 bow but I have 3648 damage on stat page and 4008 damage with DL bow and quiver skill, but I can't get a kill over a lvl 205 rogue with a rondel to save my life...there is something wrong there.

Are you using a damage set? What set was the rogue using? What's your attack?

A well geared, intelligent rogue will always outdps a ranger if they're both using the same general equipment. ( attack boosting gear, same damage sets, both EDL weapons )

^idk about that, edl bow is better than edl dagger (same speed on haste, edl has much more dmg). The edl quiver is better as well, especially with enough other rogues present to cancel each others skills. So the only advantage rogues have is skills, which hit very low on some bosses. I think a fully geared endgame ranger beats a fully geared endgame rogue on many, maybe most, endgame bosses. Have any rogues on gwydion started beating you and demon consistently on bosses lately?

Such a general statement. Are you saying the skills don't matter at all on bosses. Yeah they hit low but it's a dps increase anyway regardless. Remember rogues have poison weapon/shadowstrike which 1v1 with a same geared ranger will guarantee a mord/hrung kill. Same for necro, sneaky rend or assassinate can make all the difference for a kill on that too. Edls are much more a fair ground for all 3 dps classes(bar a few which is most times a mage kill) . Autowise yes ranger beata a rogue handsome down but add the skills and the difference is much more.
