Strength past 300 does decrease. . .but then again so does dex. . .I just personally prefer the extra 40 or so dmg from 100 str to say points in dex or vit.

That being said, at some point I want to test and find the point that dex adding to steady aim breaks even with added strength.

Dex is actually a constant past 300 with everything other than effect on skills . So attack and defense ratio do not change but the effect on sharpshot damage does increase at a lower rate .

xD was waiting for an Elim post, thanks for that info. . .I actually hadn't checked exact attack increase from adding dex, but have noticed the same defense constant. As for extra attack from dex over 300, I haven't felt the need for more personally.

Alyssandra with your build do you max rapid?

My rapid is currently 40/35, alot of people comment about rapid being better at level one, but since unless rapid is precasted the first hit does not hit. . .and having to fill that time with either a skill hit/just missing dps more than I have to seems like it would do less dps imo, as well as alot of extra cast time.

Yeah I cast rapid then sharp shot to avoid that thing from happening to open up a fight. But as my ss has about the same cd and once I am in combat rapid works like its supposed to, I don't mind casting ss right after rapid ends. And with rapid at one I have constant dps.

As much as I used to like sharp shot, my auto tends to do more dmg, making it a waste to have maxed. . I prefer casting barbed simply because the first shot (usually) adds weapon dmg making the beginning of rapid less of a waste. As for timing on rapid, I can usually down two dragons in a group on one rapid, and the cooldown done by the time the next mob is pulled.

My jaw just dropped. Two dragons with one rapid?! And by the time the next mob is pulled... interesting. Of course it can take some time to pull something of course. But wow... 2 dragons with one rapid.

I tested rapidshot cooldown compared to sharpshot just a bit ago because it had me curious, at 40 rapid using sharp shot as soon as it ended, I had 25% left on cooldown for rapid by the time sharpshot had reloaded. How does that compare to the ratio at level one?
