Maybe in the next patch they will give us a instacast move or a move that hits big then drains some of the opponents hp or mana similiar to rupture. I think that would even it out a bit.idk just some random thoughts.

#42Yes rangers need a skill that does 3k+ damage and heals them on top of that right? The ranger class is pretty good considering they can get endgame kills with distance between them and the boss. Most of our skills are broken. Our dl is suited for STR build while we have 0 STR based skill.

#45Longshot is crap. If one needs a distance requirement whats the point? And by the way, that is our ONLY decent dmg skill. Sharpshot (as called by many rangers sharpsh*t) isn't insta cast, interrupts autos, AND has poor dmg. I like it being dex based, but we need another skill like sharp shot is now only str based (and obviously also better dmg and not interrupting autos either).
Yakat, if you like trying to stand away from bosses then why don't you become a ranger? You obviously are interested and like the class, and you think rangers are OP. So why don't you just try one out? Start one and start leveling it. Then come back and we would be glad to chat about your new observations. :3

Now that's a great idea! Perhaps the sharpen can turn into a shatter-like skill and steady aim can get a dmg boost? And perhaps, to share the benefits of the skill, it could additionally become group castable, though perhaps with only a 4 mtr range to lessen any nerfs.I'd just like to see steady and sharpen rolled into 1 instances skill and given a shatter skill.
