I think Entangle and bolas should be instead of skill points increaseing the lvl at which you can bolas a mob should instead be the speed decreases of every mob every skill point like pre update
Except in pvp
Agree or Dissagree?

Check out my petition against these lvl based skills. Maybe we can get this changed.
