Admins do something about it, it anoys me and alot of others

Okay, so ima 121 ranger, PvPed a level 98 war somehow the war can hit 400s on me?
Personally i think this is a lot of BS, if a other player is a significant level below you surely they should hit low on you? Not the chance to kill you in 3 strokes? This is really detering alot of rangers druids mages and rouges from pvp only making it fun for warriors please fix it.

No don't fix it. At least not because PVP seems broken.
If you want to increase armor for a class or resistance for a class or decrease the damage of a warrior do it because of the entire game balance. NOT because of PVP.

The problem not only lies within pvp, but also within OW. I noticed a significant difference in power in my lvl 120 warrior, and my lvl 120 rogue. If you are gunna make it this easy for warriors in killing players or mobs, make it a bit easier for other classes. If not, make it more of a challenge for warriors, because it doesn't seem like much of a challenge for warriors compared to rogues(and I'm sure rangers and other classes too).

Ok firstly take a second and read what i said properly did i mention anything about armor? No.
Secondly the point i was getting at is a other player a lower level on you shouldnt be able to kill you in a few blows.
Thirdly go level 30 more levels then get your ass kicked by a war 20 levels below you then maybe you'll have some prespective.
