Does this skill only affect auto attk or does it also affect cast times?
If it doesn't affect cast times it should since It would be difficult casting in a net

Yes entangle also slow down your casting speed.
I had tested with another ranger on each other and I could say that entangle are annoying to be cast on.
Poeple will appreciate bolas over entangle in pvp surely.

-For admin also-
I also think that entangle casting time need to be quicker and less interupting because I personally would like to step out from 'relying on bolas' habbit.
Entangle currently great for boss fights (animation still not fix) but the most worthless gabage for pvp (blame casting time and interruptions).
