Celtic Heroes

OK, I never was that much interested in these items because the description doesn't include "this effect also applies during combat"
I bought one from another player at a reasonable price for the increase in damage, and it appears it does in fact apply during combat.
is it just a miss on the description?

Golden (fill in Lux item) all do not say during combat
only the Heroic items specify as "this effect also applies during combat" and there are no Heroic Quivers yet. I was always waiting for the Heroic Quiver to be added

Um...Sorry but that is common sense that it is effective during combat but ok...

Yes, all items that are labelled as Regeneration, Energisation, Rejuvenation apply in combat.
