Celtic Heroes

It seems when I upgrade rapid shot nothing different changes, except I have to use more mana. Anyone else notice that?

Maybe I'm buggin out then

i just reset my skills
with one skill point, rapid shot lasts about 6-7 seconds
at 20 it lasts about 16

however, the cool down time also increases. so, the rapid shot always runs out halfway through the cooldown.
i hope that makers sense
