Where does one find/acquire the frozen meteoric bow?

Do the warden quest at lvl 50. You need discs. To gain the warden bow.
then do the meteor upgrade quest also at the same wardens to upgrade this warden bow to the meteor bow. You need spirit stones and kill some whisps in stonevale.
then around lvl 110 you can get the frozen upgrade quest at the tower leystone in the otherworld. You need krests and orbs.

Get to level 50, get 2 dragon discsand 2 crown discs (might be elms not crowns), go to blacksmith in highshore village start upgrade to quests follow what he says, go level to 125, kill pyrus until two yellow lion krests drop and you will also need 8 orbs of frostweaving
