I'm new to this game and forums. Quick noob question..

Whenever I cast "rapid shot" it doesn't do anything. It says, "Rapid shot succeeded. Applied Rapid shot on Celil"? I'm so confused...

its mean the rapid shot works , and its a skill that u can use only on urself
if it was heal skill u would see a diffrent message
and btw if its over too quick, its cuz u need to upgrade this

Once you see the message that rapid shot has been applied, make sure you're already targeting a mob and shooting at it. Your arrows will be faster.

When rapid shot has very little skill points put into it sometimes it can be hard to actually see the effects.
