Where do you find steady aim nowadays

I've followed the quest line to level 50 but haven't gotten given it.
Do you buy it? I can't find the ncp anywhere?

Any ideas?

Well if you havnt gotten it in quest must be at the ranger shop I dont remember where I got it and if its not in the shop or quest I really have no idea.

The Ranger vendor behind you when you port to Castle should have every thing (for your L50) thats buyable. The only restriction they seem to have is level. So L5 won't see a lot of the skills.

Thanks guys, I didn't have my glasses on.
Spawn at the castle laystone, pivot 180 degrees, then run straight forward. Lol
