Skills: bolas an light heal ftw
Stats: good amount of dex, alright amount of str and vit.
Depending on if u have regens, then focus is pretty much dependent on that as a ranger.
Easy way to lvl: pretty much same for all classes at low lvls, do quests!!!! Then grind(:

Use a full dps build, haste elixers and BOLAS. it takes me one bolas and shoot to take down a mob

Well in just under two months of off and on playing i went from level 1-115 using a spear/shield or spear and dps off hand. 200ish strength, 500 dex, 150 vit, 0 energy. Id be higher if id stop playing with all my alts lol. This is a very fast leveling build, and you always have people wanting to level with you. Only five skills: light heal, rapid shot, entangle, defensive spikes all maxed out, then bolas at only one point to pull mobs in at range. You are a tank, dps, and healer all rolled into one. I may be the highest level spear ranger on Taranis and ive noticed more and more people try it out after seeing me level or boss.

I think the best way is to group with a druid(healer) or a mage(sacrifice or e. boost) and use bolas, sharp shot, rapid shot, light heal in that order and u should do ok especially if u have good skills and stats.

YOur stat points seem to be off. Without any adds of stat points from gear you'd probably have to be 160+ with that stats

Thats with alot of gear. Not raw stats.
