Reseting my skills for a dex build

I currently am a lvl 52 ranger in Belenus. I never really had a plan with how I would lvl my ranger. I lately been feeling like im not that effective against lvl 60 mobs. My stats are str: 105(106)/Dex:80(81)/Foc:45(46)/Vit:55(56)
My attack is at 591 with 171 damage.
Im currently rocking w/the silver quiver of plenty and a ancient longbow.
Again im just looking for help on how i should go about my stat distribution when I reset.
