I figured since it's around the same price to get the fragments and things to obtain the warden bow and to upgrade it if it would be worth doing that or just getting a diamond bow?
Take note that eventually I can upgrade my warden bow to make it stronger. I just wanted your thoughts on this. Thank you

Even assuming you use the NPC price for Dia Bow, things must be pretty cheap where you are to only need 80K (?) to get a Meteoric Bow. The Frags alone would cost more than that I think, in Rhiannon.

That said, Frozen will be better than Dia, but Dia Is better than meteoric.

It has been shown that meteoric bow is better through the dps factor than a diamond bow. That said, If and when you hit 80 get the diamond bow first, its cheaper and easier to get. While you are using diamond start getting the things your meteoric bow needs, then get them and sell your diamond bow. Then get frozen later! Especially as it can be awhile before you get a meteoric bow... Even if you manage to get all the items for it you still have to kill all the (mini-ish) bosses.

Get diamond bow and Keep leveling just make sure you are ready for frozen bow at 125 .

Meteoric is not better than diamond. Diamond is stronger and i'm pretty sure its faster but don't hold me on that one. I am an elite ranger and used diamond over meteoric.

First and foremost there is a huge damage difference between warden a diamond bow, 20 pierce is at least 100damage overall.
At the same time you do need warden for meteoric and frozen (soon to be dragon armour too).
