Hi there all, there are many people asking about what the best ranger build is, so I thought i'd share the basic Taranis build with you all!

Stats:
190 VIT (1.5k hp with quiver and lux)
75 DEX
5 FOC
and everything else on STR

and the four skills:
1. Bolas
2. Rapid Shot (some leave it at 20 and put other points in sharp shot)
3. Steady Aim
4. Light Heal


Yes, cloak makes this a pain, but with target lock going to void any chance of ksing, you can slack a bit and cast your level 1 barbed shot ;-)

Interesting stats and... rapid... but to be honest if you are all autoers then that might be the best build for you. However dex really does help with auto tremendously so up to you all.

Nope theres alot of dex munchers on taranis go ask around theres 4 or 5 builds that are common

I think you need more dex on a ranger than 75. Dexterity helps skills like light heal and sharp. Rapid does not need to be maxed. The more you upgrade it, the more it sucks your energy and the longer reload the skill is. I hope people benefit from my information. Good luck rangers!

Sharp shot-maxed
Steady aim-maxed
Bolas-maxed
Rapid-skill points left over

Strength-325
Dexterity-240(320 with quiver)
Focus-10
Vitality-200
