Go full focus, upgrade all your dmg skills (barbed, sharp) then you can constantly cast skills and ks anyone 30 levels above you.

Good question prim. Im wondering the same thing.

In some worlds ksing is seen as normal or as a compliment, according to forums anyway.

Yes left4dead seems to be pushing the "KS is cool on Mabon" line on the forums a lot.

Does he mean something different to the general meaning? Maybe when both start attacking at the same time and one player gets the kill ?
