I believe it's 145 for hands/feet, 150 for helm. . .but I was 154 at update so i can't say for certain, sorry
The quest can be found in Fianna Encampment in Carrowmore, and to find the quest items you need to kill Boggans for bone shards.

I picked up the leg quest at 152..weird I thought it'd be every 5 lvls or so.

Are those armor pieces going to be as good as the 160 bone armor?
Don't have the bp atm, if anyone does it'd be nice to see. . .otherwise I'll post when I get
