Hi I'm a lvl 96 ranger dex build
I am currently using longshot, sharp shot, light heal and bolas
I have a few spare skill points and was wondering which one would be better to invest these points into?

Steady for solo, sharpen for groups.

I dropped steady aim for sharpen, more damage and also a group buff.

i use both. just don't have sharpen maxed. adds well over 150 dmg.

i use both (both between 10-20 skill points). steady is great, but sharpen is fast, less interrupted, and applies to groups even if the dmg is less than steady.

If you have to pick between them, use sharpen always.

yeah, with high dex, my attack is pretty darn high - so dmg is the big thing.

when i hit 180, i will likely get rid of steady and use those points to max heal, sharp, long to 40 skill points. sharpen will be about 25-30.

Depends if you're str or dex build and if you group a lot. For me, sharpen gives only 8 more damage than steady which also adds over 300 attack. This is because i'm mostly dex. However, if you're grouping alot, sharpen will be more useful.
