By upgrading either of these skills, would my character become more transparent during the skill duration?

Server- Sulis
Clan- Transcendant (Clansman)
Gemwing-Level 140+r
Aodhan- Level 55+ Mage

If you mean transparent then reduce the distance from which enemies can see you, no. It is 80% and upgrading it changes what level mobs are affected by it.

well yes you do become slightly transparent, but upgrading doesen't increase the effect.
