Celtic Heroes

Hey i was wondering, what would be good skills to use with this build and what lvl the skills should be.
Stats:
150 str, 300 vit, rest in dex

Gear:
Full frozen for bosses. For leveling i would use radiant gloves and boots, 90 heat dmg helm, frozen bp and legs, 3 fire damage rings, haste ring, fire dmg necklace, lvl 150 fire dmg quiv, and two aggy braces one with str and one with dex. Also i am debating which bow to use a frozen bow with this build or the ancient wyrmbone bow.

P.S. this is a build that pigman posted in the rogue forums and i took all this info from that, i found that it works AMAZING for ranger too.
