#1 Can they both be used at the same time?

#2 Where can the steady aim skill tome be found? (It isn't in the ranger skill vendor's stock)

#3 Does steady aim have a short enough cooldown to keep it up 100% of the time and if not how long is the duration and cooldown?

#4 If you keep adding skill points into rapid shot, the duration increases. Does the cooldown increase as well or will it stay the same?

#5 How much is rapid shot's duration increased per skill point added? (Approximately)

1. Yes
2. Keep doing main quest line u will be rewarded with it. Then it will show in vendor.
3. Yes you can keep it up full time.
4. Cool down stays the same.
5. Dont know the exact amount of time increased. At 35/35 it was about 25 secs. Now i have it at 5/35 and it grants me 11 secs. I belive dex effects the time as well. More dex more time per point. Not positive though.
