Whats a good ranger build?

Im a lvl 127 ranger wanting to get to lvl 150. I wanna know what skills, stats, gear, and regens i should get. Thank you for the help!:D

Ya lots of different builds out there for rangers:
pvp or pve
dex or str or hybrid
solo or group
support or dps
spear or bow
It depends on your style of play and even your equipment.
Some ppl will put less points in vitality cos they have plenty idols and resto pots while others will focus on a particular stat and skill cos they now have an excellent drop from aggra...lots of variables involved.
Best to read the ranger forums and experiment with different builds til you are happy

If you are just lokking for a good build go with Dex. Look in the forums for specific guides about it.
