Rate me out of 10 and any advice on what gear to work on/get would be appreciated.

To much str. My str is 60 and my damage is around 900..

For rangers, dext builds out dps str builds so i suggest using skill rings. I myself use a royal sharpshot, royal longshot, grand sharpshot, grand longshot. (Extras include grand pulgism, grand barbed, royal rapid, grand rapid, fabled rapid, fabled light heal, grand barbed shot, royal explosive arrow, grand double shot, grand camo and royal defensive spikes.)

Add more points to dext.

Pros of each stat.
Str: just adds damage, less and less the more you upgrade it.
Dext: Adds damage to skills, adds points to light heal, adds attack, adds defence and great for soloing.

You tell me what is more usefull.

I always like to bring str to the diminishing point (300) then pile points into dex, but, seeing as your a relatively low lvl with little points to work with, id say listen go meepol. that's the best build for u, however it depends on your play style IMO. ik i sound noobish, but personally i choose an str build. here's why.

1: when Im lvling, i use haste lixes. because Im firing so fast, skills only slow my dps. With an str build, can hit on average 600-700 per auto on a mob my lvl. with a dex build the highest my skill dam goes is about 2.7-3k. Idk bout u but id take the str build (2 autos to 1 skill)

2: whenever i choose to grp lvl i bring my lure monkey along with me. the pierce lure combined with fire lure can get my autos to 1-1.8k. not only is that extremely beneficial towards me, but it's also benefiting the rest of the people in grp.

3: i don't have regens, all my spaces r taken up with dps gear (150 lux dam ammy) aggy braces/rings. At a boss without regens there's no way i can use my energy on damage skills for the boss (need energy for bolas and light Heal).

To all u str build haters! That's y str build is the best for me ;)

To me, cash is not expendable as much as it may be to you.
Dext builds are effective and work wonders with shatter. They are also extremely cheap to maintain.

Str build works best for me. I have a simple choice to go to dex build if i want with a royal and grand ring longshot, dl gloves work like royal sharpshot but full dex doesnt suit me. To quote a ranger from forums (dont remember who) 'BALANCE FTW'
