Whats a good way to get gold?

What's a good way to get gold as a ranger? doing mostly bosses or just training a lot and getting it from that or an equal amount of both?
it reallly depends on your level
if you are 55-60 get the red wisps in stonvale they give an average 10 gold per kill and a lot of xp
