Who uses quiver of air? I just got offered one and 100k for my quiver of beasts.. And I've been doing good after my rebirth and alteration... And im only 112...

Sup noob. At your lvl id stay dex. I went full str at 133 and loved it. I used quiver of air and it was awesome. But if you want to use air quiver you might want to go full str which isnt ideal.
