Ok. So i was wondering if i should use defensive spikes as i have a boss drop from last years halloween that has +10 to this skill at level 130+. Would this be worth it or should i sell for 200-400k?

+1 but personally I adore spikes.

Im still a low level and using bolas, longshot, sharpshot, and light heal.. I have hero ammy, hero boots, golden quiver of ice, and warden weapon and armour.

When I used spikes I liked them a lot, personally atm though I would rather use sharpen- If you don't have any other charms, I would suggest u use this one when you come of level. At the very least youll be able to use the extra attack, and if you don't mind keeping spikes active you can think of it as free damage. (although it does help when your a dex build)

Ill have to try different builds when i get to 130 to see if its worth it to have it at 40/30 or if i should keep it at 1/30 plus that 10 just for extra damage. I was just thinking of using it because it seems to be rare to have one that gives an add to the bow ability. I think the only other one that i know of has hand to hand instead of bow. And i really wasnt going to use it to level. Mainly bosses that we have to have a tank so we get more damage on the boss as it hits him. Well i guess its just a matter of using my 558 sk to get to 130 >.< (showin off a bit :p)

if u can sell it for 200k-400k, sell it to some high lvl support ranger
get urself better stuff

it is useless with bolas, and u could get the gold, get sharpen to cover on dmg and get better charm instead of spikes, while sharpen will work with bolas + will give a lil bit of dmg to longshot, and its a group buff as well
