How do you keep aggro as a ranger?

I've pretty recently started duo boxing a 180 ranger (almost full rad es, with 50/45/45/45 damage rings), and a 186 druid (full dl). My problem is that my ranger keeps losing aggro to my druid. Do you have any tips on how I can keep aggro on my ranger?

Let your ranger build up agro on the mob then start attacking with your druid.

Try healing yourself. I find this helps a lot.

I guess I need to be more patient and let aggro build up. I was hoping that someone knew a skill that generates more aggro than others. I assumed that bolas and longshot would generate more aggro, but it wasn't working like I thought it would.

I would try maxing light heal (using that to heal druid) and sharpen. Bolas should also help, and any other really high pain-in-the-butt-to-mobs skills (if dex btw- longshot and sharp shot).

Unless there is a real tank at a boss, or it is 20+ levels higher than me, I normally end up at least pulling agro if not just out right tanking the boss- provided we have a good druid or 2-3 okay ones I can normally do the job.

If you use calm at 1 on your druid to your druid, that helps too (but for full details go to their forum, they are the experts). another trick is to just let the agro build up, but I would try the above first. :)

The only good atk skill that will help with agro is dbl shot. The other atk skills don't help much with agro. Sharpshot is weak, longshot takes some time to cast. Best way is to go full auto with max buffs. Start off with buffs, next dbl shot, then auto atk. Or if you want, you can root the mob and place your ranger near the mob to have your ranger maintain a temporary agro till root comes off.

Make sure u cast sharpen weps on the druid as casting it on yourself does not take aggro.

Autos don't generate much agro you need to use skills.
