Stats..

these are my stats and I don't know if it is good enough.. any tips??
Strength: 100
Dex: 225(345)
Focus: 30
Vitality: 225

It isn't really a question of whether the stats are 'good enough,' it is more of a question as to whether they suit your play style and/or build and if you can efficiently utilize them to solo or group kill easily.
That aside, they seem viable enough for a hybrid build that focuses more on dex, although once again, it depends on your skills and play style.

Replace heroic with talisman of the Earth and you'll be running fine. If you feel like it, remove all str points you have and stick it in dex to boost your skills and become a dex ranger.

Zage was rude but not wrong. There are more than 100 topics about right stats on this forum. There's no need to make another topic. And you should figure out yourself what build is right for you and which run smoots with your play manner. For example, almost everyone here says to go with dex build but if you're more of a dmg guy than no matter how good the build be you wont have fun. Have fun

Lol. He's right. It all depends on what you feel comftorable with. I have tried out many builds on my own time buying rebirth and alt books. I was at first planning to be a str ranger, but when I tested out dex I found that I enjoyed the dex build because it boosted all my attacks and my light heals. It's all up to you about what you want to be... There is no perfect build.
