Hi, I made a new ranger on rose, and I have experience of higher leveled rangers in this update but not lower level. I was wondering if I should go str or dex. I can afford the lux for both and I've tried both before also(and dex is a energy burner) but I'd like to know if I should be str or dex. The lux I was thinking to get was ( from 1-101 ): heroic ammy ice quiver freezing quiver haste ring midnight ammy ( if I get lucky from chest :| if not talisman of earth or lvl 100 dmg ammy) and lvl 100 dmg helm. I can change this if needed but this is if I was to be a str ranger. ( I would keep my dex to 150 most likely at level 100). Any suggestions?

I was sort of a "hybrid" at 1-70, then switched over to dex from 70-100 and str from 100 to 109 and now I'm a knuckbuild at the moment.

I would go hybrid at lower levels because you would need the strength to kill mobs, but also the dex to heal yourself efficiently.

Also forgot to mention I will rebirth at 101 just to fix up some stats and at 101 I would have (I think) about 500 stat points? So 100 of it in dex 180 in vit rest in str :| ?

For me I did 300 str, 200 vit and the quiver covered my dex so yea.

Once you get enough vit to where you have well over 1k then restos come in. until then I would definetly recommend dex or hybrid.

Atm I got.the ranger to 55 and his stats are: 108 str 105 vit 75(150) dex and 10 focus.skills: sharpen@ 27/15 steady@ 17/17 bolas up to lvl 70 and dbl up to 70(or 75 not sure) gear: no helm (warden when right lvl) anc llamner shoes and bp greater midsummer gloves(warden once I buy items) pathfinder legs. Anc war bow(warden bow when right level) ice quiv heroic ammy royal grand and greater sharpen rings and 40 pierce resist brac. Leveling on haste and sk sometimes hp lix. Im a str build and its working out quite well for me

Then that's good for u. Str is ok for you cause you got restos to take care of the problems with health.
